🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 The Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) is making moves to support overseas-trained pharmacists! 🌏🌟💊

Attention Overseas-Trained Pharmacists! The Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) has rolled out a game-changing initiative to support you on your journey! Starting March 21, 2024, we're splitting the initial eligibility fee to reduce upfront costs. Now, you only pay for the services you need, when you need them. Plus, we're updating our work experience verification process for a better candidate experience. This fee, which includes qualification verification, registration checks, work experience verification (if needed), and the issuance of a Skills Assessment Outcome letter upon exam success, can now be paid for each service individually, giving you more control over your assessment process!

KAPS Exam Fee Breakdown:

As of July 1, 2024, the APC implemented a fee increase for all their exams.

  • Eligibility check: $810

  • Exam Registration: $2290

  • Skills Assessment Outcome: $300

  • Work experience (optional): $200

The fee mentioned here is in Australian dollars.

We are providing a $200 credit to candidates who submitted their Eligibility Check from 1 July 2023. This ensures that eligible candidates are credited for services they did not require. This credit can be used towards their next exam or any other fees related to their journey, such as cancellation fees.

About the credit:

  • Credit can be partially used.

  • Unused credit does not expire.

  • Credit is non-refundable.

  • Credit cannot be transferred to another person.

We highly recommend verifying the latest exchange rates and consulting the official APC website for any updates on fees: APC Official Website.

Candidates who are directly impacted by this initiative are being individually contacted by the APC with detailed information and guidance specific to their circumstances. Stay tuned for more updates!
