Our Students, Parents, Franchisees and Partner Associates can make online payments for various services offered by STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. through our websites, payment link, QR and web application.

STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any payment instruction(s) on the payment date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:

A. If the payment instruction(s) issued by You is/are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid and delayed.

B. If the payment account has insufficient funds/limits to cover for the amount as mentioned in the payment instruction(s)

C. If the funds available in the payment account are under any encumbrance or charge

D. If Your bank or the National Clearing Centre refuses or delays honouring the payment instruction(s)

E. If payment is not processed by biller upon receipt

F. Circumstances beyond the control of STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force).

In case the bill payment is not affected for any reason, you will be intimated about the failed payment on the payment page itself.

STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. doesn’t charge any service fee which include:

· Academic Career Counselling

· Application processing

· Visa Processing

· Pre departure assistance

· Post landing assistance 

Fees payable by Students / Parents / Franchisees / Partner Associates / Clients

Students desiring to study abroad in countries likes Canada, USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, etc have to pay a certain sum of money depending on the country of study on admission/enrolment/booking/application. 

When to Pay the Fees

On arranging offer letter from overseas college / university / PEI / DLI or at the time of submission of documents / application online/offline (by hand) at the designated office of the foreign Embassy ( or VFS) for grant of visa.

Refund Policy

One will be eligible for refund on application fees only the following conditions: -

1.        The student is not eligible for the desired University or

2.        The program is closed for the intake the application is being made for

In such cases the amount will be refunded back to the same account/card from where the transaction had been initiated after deduction of any charges incurred for such transactions. The refund will be credited to your account within 14 working days of the request.

No Refund Policy

· Fees collected for IELTS/PTE registration and coaching; psychometric test are non-refundable.

· STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to refund of any fees/charges or amount paid by the Students / Parents / Franchisees / Partner Associates / Clients if they fail to attend the visa interview or submit mandatory documents for processing application / visa to the concerned Embassy/Consulate or the VFS or any other authorities.

· STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to refund in case the client withdraws drops his/her admission process for whatsoever reasons once processing of his/her application is taken up.

· STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to refund any fees or part of the fees if client opts for admissions to different courses / countries or if client opt for Visa under any other category after his/her registration, on his/her own or through any other agency.

Refund in case of rejection by the Skills Assessing 

STEM Abroad Partners Services Pvt. Ltd. will provide no refund if the visa is rejected for any of the following reasons:

· Failure in medical test by the student.

· Failure to provide a genuine police clearance certificate.

· Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement by the client or his or her family members included in the application

· Submission of fraudulent documents

· Prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application

· Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.

· If a visa interview is requested by the Skills Assessment, Immigration or Visa Authority and the candidate fails to attend

· If the client fails to get the required score in IELTS or PTE to meet the eligibility criteria and as advised by the STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. 

· STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the exact amount of registration fee or any other charges towards medical / books etc that the college/university/institution may fix and collect from time to time. However client will be briefed of the fee structure that is prevailing currently and may change without any prior notice by the concerned authorities.

Mode of Refund

Governed by the Indian Financial system and the latest instructions of the Government of India and Tax Authorities, no refund will be made by way of cash. Refunds will be transferred online in the accounts of the students or by way of crossed account payee cheque.

Other Terms and Conditions of Fees and other payments

Clients also understand and accept that no refund or transfer of STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. fee to a friend or a relative will be done in the event he or she abandons his or her application or decides to withdraw due to any personal or professional reason, during the proceedings after he or she signs-up.

If a particular University requires the client to pay evaluation fees, the fee needs to be borne by the Students / Parents / Franchisees / Partner Associates / Clients. The service charges paid by the Students / Parents / Franchisees / Partner Associates / Clients are towards the application fees charged by the college / university / PEI / DLI. STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. takes reasonable steps to protect personal information (as defined under our Privacy policy / Act) collected by STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

Governing Law

The agreement terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes (including claims of set-off and counterclaims).

STEM Abroad Partners Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the service agreement at any time. Termination includes cancelling the ability of the student to have full or partial access to this Website and/or any other service provided to you by us.
